EIA Notification
In pursuant to the provisions of the Environment Impact Assessment Notification, 2006 and subsequent amendments, issued under the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986, the following Projects/Activities as listed in the schedule to this notification shall require prior environmental clearance from the concerned regulatory authority before commencing any construction work.
