Online Waste Exchange Bureau is a web-based portal providing information on the various waste generators, availability of different wastes and recycling facilities in the state of Tamil Nadu and facilitates waste exchange to promote Circular Economy.
In this web portal, waste generators (industries) and waste receivers (recyclers, utilizers, pre-processors, co-processors) in the state of Tamil Nadu can register and know about the availability of different types of wastes registered from time to time and do easy communication with stakeholders for waste exchange in open options and do trading of wastes in an accountable manner. The process flow as follows,

Profile Setup: Provide your basic details to create an account, your organization details, including contact information and Non-Hazardous waste types you generate as per latest TNPCB Consent order. (Other than Hazardous wastes, Biomedical wastes, Municipal Solid wastes)
Documents: Latest Valid Consent order
Verify your Email by entering OTP and submit the application.
Admin Review: Your application will be reviewed by the OWEMS team and registration approved.
Notification: You'll receive an email once your listing is approved and live.
Post Waste Details: Navigate to "Create your Waste Availability" and enter specifics like waste type, quantity, location, and any relevant details.
Upload Images: Add clear photos of the waste to attract potential receivers.
Inquiries: Interested receivers will contact you through the platform's messaging system.
Negotiate Terms: Discuss and finalize terms such as price, transportation, and handling.
Documentation: Complete necessary documentation as per regulatory requirements.
Arrange Logistics: Coordinate the pickup or delivery of the waste.
Update Status: Once the exchange is complete, mark the transaction as closed in your dashboard.

Discuss Terms: Negotiate terms such as price, transportation, and handling.
Documentation: Ensure all regulatory compliances, documents personally before engaging into any agreements.
Arrange Logistics: Plan for the pickup or delivery of the waste.
Receive Waste: Accept the waste as per the agreed terms.
Confirm Receipt: Update the transaction status in your dashboard.
